Three friends, one tiny mobile coffee bar.

Set Forth Coffee launched in 2023, providing superb-quality coffee service for any occasion, tailored to your specific needs. 

Our story

From cart to crowd.

HOW IT ALL STARTED Set Forth Coffee began when three friends began working at a previous coffee house and all aligned on creating a brand that transcended that moment.  Some myths say that "it all started as a joke", ask them about it next time you see them!

Good questions, real answers.

The most common things folks ask before booking. Don't see yours? Send us a note — we usually reply within a day or two.

All catering events need to be set up at least 2 weeks before the event date. Earlier is even better — peak weekends (April–October) book out fast.
Yes — a $200 deposit holds your date. It comes off your final invoice once we wrap the event.
Most of our packages comfortably support up to 100 guests. If your headcount is higher, just give us a heads-up and we'll scale the bar — more equipment, extra hands, longer service window.
We work with peanuts, pecans, and other nuts on our bar and use rosemary in some of our house syrups. If anyone in your party has allergies, please let us know in advance and we'll plan around it.
Final payment is due 48 hours before your event. We can provide an itemized invoice for labor and travel costs upon request. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event are free of charge. Inside that 72-hour window, the booking is non-refundable. Please note the $200 deposit is non-refundable.
